Nestled in the heart of South Austin, this gem is the brainchild of Rex Havuk, an artist, designer, entertainer and CFO for hire.
The Mimosa Studio Home sits behind Rex’s main house and serves as a space to rent for extra retirement income.
John Walker worked with Rex to bring his vision to fruition for this sexy, small yet luxurious space. Visitors to the studio are struck with how many slick design features this studio incorporates, all the way from the use of tool chests as storage and counters tops, to the retro lighting that could be seen in the fanciest of drinking establishments.
