Charming Bungalow

Victorian Style

Nestled in the Historical Houston Heights neighborhood, this remodel combines all the modern luxuries with a traditional victorian style. The home was originally built in the 1920s but it was awkwardly divided into a duplex sometime in the 1950s, and was showing significant wear and tear by the time we began this extraordinary renovation.

Adding a large gable in the rear of the home created a vaulted ceiling in the Upstaris Master bedroom, with a small balcony which from the roof of the porch you see here, extending the living space out into nature .
